The Beach

My first trip during my time off was a beach trip with my family to Panama City Beach. We rented a house and everyone went--my parents, my sister and her family, my grandmother, my aunt Jean and Paul and me. We had a great time all being together and sitting on the beach. Of course, we had plenty of good food too. The best food was probably the homemade ice cream store that we visited daily. To make it even better, my picture was on the wall from when I went to beach project and worked at McDonald's one summer during college. Paul and I were also able to catch up with our friends Mary and Adam from California over lunch one day. One of my roommates from college got married at the end of the week at Fort Walton, FL so we also got to see lots of college friends and hang out with our great friends Holly and Nathan Holladay. It was a great vacation week with family, friends, good food and the beach!
